In this week's issue of our environment newsletter, we get tips to save lots of money by making small, eco-friendly changes at home, get an up-close view of climate change through the eyes of mountain guides and find out how grazing cattle and growing crops together can cut carbon emissions.

Under their crop rotation plan, cattle stay in the same field for two years, and are moved twice a day so they can access fresh grass and graze the field evenly.
