Head of Media, P-CNGi, Taiwo Fashipe said this at a press conference in Abuja organised by Climate Action Africa ahead of the Climate Action Africa Forum .
Fashipe said the government was looking to expand the CNG conversion centres from 12 to 45 by May, this year.“The P-CNGi acknowledges the critical role of cleaner energy solutions such as CNG in combating Climate change and promoting sustainability. Our partnership with the Climate Action Africa Forum reaffirms our dedication to driving Climate- smart initiatives.
She added: “It is no news that the world stands at a critical juncture, where decisive action is imperative to mitigate the adverse impacts of climate change. Against this backdrop, CAAF24 is a pivotal platform for key stakeholders to engage in meaningful discourse and forge collaborative pathways towards a greener and more sustainable future.”
